重型龙门铣床的注意事项有哪些？

每一种机器在使用过程都是要严格按照它的操作流程来进行的，这不仅是多机器的维护，使得它的使用寿命可以延长，更是对操作工人的安全保护。那我们我们在工作前所要注意的第一点就是要仔细检查机床传动部分的运转情况，并且将机床的挡板装好，机器才能运转。操作者的注意力要集中在操作重型龙门铣床上，这样的话可以确保在工作中的安全问题和操作的质量。而且在工作之前也要检查各工作台导轨，确保台面没有杂物。然后启动机床总电源，启动工作台运动控制按钮，接着检查空载运转有无异常现象，再进行铣切各种工件，特别是粗铣时，从一开始就要进行缓慢切削。再铣削的过程中，里面的工件是不可以随意退回，否则容易发生事故。当然，如果遇到特殊情况，里面的工件非退回不可，那就要做好准备然后再退回。在停止工作台的时候，要提升刀架，将工件安装在平口钳上并夹紧；然后对刀，降低刀架高度，开动工作台试刀，直至它处在合适的高度才可。

在重型龙门铣床遇到空载运转有异常现象的时候，应当立即按下紧急按钮切断电源，并及时与设备处联系维修；它上面的平口虎钳与工作台的连接是不能松动的，各连接螺栓也不应该有松动。在工作完成后，要立向手动进给切削，重复完成该面加工后，把工件翻转180度，可以继续加工至规定尺寸；工作中，进行推料的速度不宜过快，应该与铣刀回转速度、加工量的大小及材质的软硬相适应。当使用样模铣削曲线形工件的时候，如果工件较大，为确保安全，挡环应当要安装在刀头的上方。

在工作完成后，关闭电源并对重型龙门铣床的设备进行保养，要按设备日常保养点检卡进行保养后才可以离开。如果在加工中出现异常的时候，要立即按紧急按钮同时要切断电源，并与设备处联系维修。那如果在铣削过程中，遇到工件局部如逆纹或节疤的时候，应当将里面的木料压住，减慢送料速度，以防止工件弹回伤人。
