中国重型机械企业如何打造核心竞争力

　　编者按从发达国家产业发展的规律看，世界各国经济基本上是沿着“农业－轻工业－重工业－高技术产业－服务业”的轨迹向前发展，中国目前正处于重工业阶段，而重型机械行业是重工业非常重要的组成部分。中国目前虽然拥有数量不少的重型机械企业，然而除三一重工和振华港机等极少数企业外，鲜有具备国际竞争力的公司。如何抓住中国工业化转型的契机，打造优势，进而形成核心竞争力，是摆在每一位中国重型机械行业企业家面前的重要课题。改革开放初期，中国以大学毕业生为代表的智力人才严重欠缺，只得以没有多少技术含量的劳动密集型产业来带动整个经济的起飞。凭借低的要素成本（包括土地、原材料、能源、劳动力等），以环境透支为代价，造就了低成本的制造优势，中国企业在国际上攻城略地。如今，低要素成本的时代已经一去不复返，人们环境保护的意识也越来越强烈，低成本的制造优势难以持续，而同时，中国的人才结构也发生了翻天覆地的变化，大学毕业生人数屡创新高，2008年达559万人，位居全球第一，就业压力非常大，大学生工资也有下降的趋势；相反，普通工人却因劳动密集型产业的过度发展而相对不足，近几年的劳工荒就是明证。面对以上经济背景，中国重工业企业如何根据优势要素的转移而获得新的竞争优势呢？我们认为中国重型机械企业非常有必要充分利用中国大学生过剩而廉价的机会，在研发、服务、营销等环节打造核心优势，实现由低成本制造向低成本研发和服务转型。低成本研发和服务时代的开启，标志着中国企业依靠技术、性能与服务竞争的时代的开始。本文以三一重工和振华港机为例，说明中国企业如何以研发优势和服务优势赢取国际竞争的胜利。研发升级：打造核心技术，形成产品开发平台三一重工原本只是一家做金刚石轧机的小型民营企业，面对国际机械巨头的技术封锁，三一重工清楚地意识到，必须依靠中国充沛的机械人才储备，走自主研发的道路。首先，三一重工在体制上激发员工的技术创新意识，通过营造技术创新的氛围，给予员工犯错误的机会，在待遇、薪酬、股权激励等方面提供技术创新的物质激励，提出要在行业研发队伍中率先打造出一批百万富翁，由此吸引大批的优秀研发人才加盟。其次，非常舍得在研发上投入，坚持将每年销售收入的5%投入技术创新，是行业平均水平的3倍以上。三一在发明专利与实用新型专利申请量上均两倍于同行业第二的中联重科，在混凝土机械领域拥有真正的核心技术。以混凝土机械的核心技术为基础，三一重工将产品研发拓展到挖掘机、汽车起重机和混凝土搅拌运输车等领域，形成先进的产品开发平台。其研发的66米长臂泵车等一系列产品，居世界领先地位，具有很强的竞争力。 (源自：中国信息报)
