重型机械行业发展趋势分析

　　据统计显示，今年1-4月份全国重型机械行业继续保持稳定快速增长的态势。有数据表明行业主要经济指标完成情况良好。行业工业总产值（不变价）为294.85亿元,同比增长35.64%，其中新产品产值为49.07亿元，同比增长51.77%。行业产品销售收入为286.31亿元,同比增长 42.28%.重机行业利润总额为7.07亿元,同比增长100.75%。相对快速增长的行利润来讲，重机企业亏损面为31.48%，同比减少了1.4亿个百分点，亏损额5.21亿元，同比减亏5.7%。　　从行业运行情况看行业内存在的问题很突出。首先是行业内不同制造业经济运行不平衡，1-4月份起重运输机械制造业企业占全行业企业总数的55%，利润却占112%，而冶金设备和矿山设备制造业利润总额分别占-10.0%和0.44%,。其次行业内经济效益好的企业是少数，多数企业经济效益不理想。今年1-4月利润总额在1000万元以上的企业有19个，占行业企业总数的1.55%,利润总额占111.15%以上。三次企业发展良好，利润总额占全行业的88.1%。再次，主要产品出口额有大幅增长，但进口总额远大于出口总额。1-4月份重机行业贸易逆差为5.5亿美元。另外，行业生产经营发展较快，但贷款拖欠现象严重，负债多，利息支出大，企业销售成本不断增加，流动资金严重短缺，加上原材料涨价影响，企业生存艰难。　　重机行业有生产能力过剩，供大于求格局没有改变，但技术含量高、性能好的产品及零部仍需进口，每年约有220亿元的市场被境外厂商占领，相当于行业产品销售收入的28%。目前冶炼设备和轧制设备市场需求旺盛，其主要原因除了国家积极财政政策推动钢铁行业快速增长和技改外，民营钢铁企业发展迅猛，初步统计到2004年底，将有约2000万吨钢材产量来自民营企业。民营企业对特钢转炉、电炉和连铸设备与各类金属轧制设备的需求量快速增长，而这些企业基本采用国产设备。一旦国家财政政策有所变化，重机行业潜在的问题会更加突显出来。目前制约重机行业特别是国有大型企业生产经营的矛盾也很突出。重机行业国有企业特别是大型国家企业历史遗留的包袱太大，目前企业的改革、改组和改制还没有真正到位，企业现代化管理跟不上。由于企业生产能力过剩，使一般机械产品低价恶性竞争严重，造成产品价格持续低迷，企业经济效益不理想，发展缺乏后劲。科研开发资金短缺和人才流失严重，使企业创新能力不能得到切实提高。
