数控立式车床如何保养？

数控立式车床其维护的内容和规则也各有特色，具体要根据其机床的种类、型号及实际使用情况，并参照机床使用说明书的要求，制定和建立必要的定期、阶段性维护制度，那么下面一起了解下数控立式车床如何保养吧!

一、数控系统维护

1)严格遵守操作规程和日常维护制度

严格遵守操作规程可以有效避免设备异常问题的发生，建立完善的日常维护制度可以延长设备寿命，杜绝生产事故的发生。

2)尽量不要打开数控盘和强电盘的门

机械加工车间的空气中一般有油雾、灰尘、甚至金属粉末，如果它们落入数控系统内的电路板和电子部件中，容易引起部件之间绝缘电阻的降低，甚至会导致部件和电路板的破损。有的用户为了在夏天数控系统能过载长期工作，采用打开数控盘门散热，这是一种极不可取的方法，导致数控系统加速损伤。

3)定时清扫数控盘散热通风系统

数控立式车床必须检查数控机柜中的每个冷却风扇是否正常工作。每半年或每季度检查管道过滤器是否堵塞。过滤器上积了太多灰尘，如果不马上打扫，数控盘内的温度就会过高。

4)定期检查和更换电机电刷

数控立式车床电机的瞬态磨损会影响电机的性能，也可能导致电机损坏，因此，需要定期检查和更换电机刷。

5)定期更换存储电池

在一般的数控系统内，为了在系统不通电时能够保持存储器的内容，设置有能够对存储器设备充电的电池维护电路。通常，为了使系统正常工作，即使没有故障也需要每年更换一次。

6)备用电路板维护

长期不使用备用印刷电路板时，应定期放入数控系统通电运行一定时间，防止损坏。

二.数控立式车床机械零部件维护

1)主链条维护

数控立式车床定期调整主轴驱动皮带松动，防止皮带打滑引起的掉转现象;检查主轴润滑恒温箱，调节温度范围，及时补油，清洗过滤器;主轴中刀具夹紧装置长时间使用会产生间隙，影响刀具夹紧，需要及时调整气缸活塞的位移量。

2)滚珠丝杆螺纹副的维护

数控立式车床定期检查、调整螺纹牙轴向间隙，保证反向传动精度和轴向刚度;定期检查丝杆与底座的连接有无松动;螺钉防护装置有损伤时，请立即更换，以免灰尘和切屑进入。

3)刀库及换刀机器人维护严禁将超大、超大的刀具放入刀库，以免机械手更换时掉刀、刀具碰撞工件或夹具。经常检查刀库原点复位位置是否正确，检查机床主轴原点复位位置是否正确，及时调整接通电源时，请空转刀库和机械手，检查各部是否正常动作，特别是各行程开关和电磁阀是否正常动作。

三.润滑系统维护

数控立式车床定期清洗或更换各润滑、液压、气动系统的过滤器或筛网;定期进行液压系统油质检查和液压油更换;定期清扫切削油供油系统的油路、喷嘴内的异物，切削油发生沉淀析出、冷凝变质等问题时请及时更换。

四.数控立式车床精度维护

数控立式车床定期检查和校准机床水平和机械精度。机械精度的修正方法有软硬两种。其软件方法主要通过系统参数进行校正。例如丝杠的齿隙补偿、各坐标定位精度的定点补偿、机床向基准点的位置补偿等硬件方法一般必须在机床大修时进行。例如，进行导轨的切削、通过暂时紧固滚珠丝杠螺母来调整齿隙等。

数控立式车床发生故障，需要耐心查找具体情况分析，找出相关故障点进行处理，机床都能恢复正常。
