2.重型立车显示面板的阀门开闭程度的刻度线应铸在变速箱盖或换向后的显示面板外壳上，均面向地面，刻度线应刷荧光粉以示醒目；指示针的材质在管理比较好的情况下可以用不锈钢板，否则就是喷漆钢板，不能用铝皮，指针醒目，固定牢固。

1.进入重型立车操作室时，必须穿戴合身的工作服和工作帽。衬衫要扎进裤子里，敞开的上衣袖子要扎紧，女士应该把长发放进帽子里；禁止穿高跟鞋、凉鞋、拖鞋、短裤、裙子和围巾，以免烫伤。2.重型立车启动前，检查卡盘扳手是否已卸下，机床换挡手柄是否在正确位置。3.重型立车各机构运行时，手柄不能更换，如果改变手柄位置，必须在停车后进行。4.禁止以任何方式(用手或其他方式)触摸旋转的主轴、工件或其他运动部件。5.主轴工作时，禁止安装和拆卸刀具。6.机床导轨上禁止放置用于夹紧工件和调整刀具的工具。7.禁止用手直接接触刀尖和铁屑，要用刷子或钩子处理。8.在自动机床加工过程中，严禁打开机床的防护门。9.数控立式车床运转期间，严禁在工作场所玩耍。10.当某项工作需要两个或两个以上的人来完成时，他们应该互相合作。必须有一个人负责监督安全，开车前，他们必须在开车前打招呼，以防发生事故。11.在重型立车操作结束时，要及时切断电源，清扫工作台表面的铁屑和场地卫生。
