    在重型立车加工中,操作者应该注意什么,才能更好的进行重型立车加工?虽然和普通车床的加工差不多,但还是有一些区别需要我们特别注意,因为重型立车是一次装夹,所有车削加工都是连续自动完成的。重型立车如何更好的完成其加工工艺?下面我们大家一起来简单了解一下。

    对于重型立车,经济有效的加工方法必须是切削条件的合理选择,切削速度、进给速度和切削深度会直接造成刀具的损坏。如果切削速度增加,刀尖的温度会升高,导致机械、化学和热磨损,一般切削速度提高20%,刀具寿命会减少1/2。

    用户应根据加工材料、硬度、切削状态、材料类型、进给速度和切削深度等选择合适的切削速度,规律稳定是理想的状态,粗车时,选择强度高、耐用度好的刀具,满足粗车要求;车削时,选择精度高、耐用度好的刀具,以满足加工精度的要求。

    为了减少换刀时间,方便对刀,尽量使用机夹刀和机夹刀片,重型立车应尽量使用通用夹具夹紧工件,不要使用专用夹具;零件的定位基准应重合,以减少定位误差。

    另外,加工路线要事先确定,要满足加工精度和表面粗糙度的要求;尽可能缩短加工路线,从而减少刀具的空转时间。这样更有利于重型数控立式车床加工过程的顺利完成。
