　　1.进入重型立车操作室时，须穿合身的工作服，戴工作帽，衬衫要扎成裤子，开袖要扎紧，女生把长发扎进帽子里；禁止穿高跟鞋、拖鞋、凉鞋、裙子、短裤、围巾，以免烫伤。2.操作时禁止戴手套，工作服、衣领、袖口要系紧。3.启动机器前，检查卡盘扳手是否已取下，机器的换档手柄是否处于正确位置。4.机床运转时，手柄不得更换，如果改变手柄位置，在停车后进行。5.禁止用手或任何其他方式触摸旋转的主轴、工件或其他运动部件。6.主轴旋转时，禁止安装和拆卸刀具。7.机床导轨上禁止放置用于夹紧工件和调整刀具的工具。8.禁止用手触摸刀尖和铁屑，要用刷子和钩子处理。9.在自动加工过程中，严禁打开机床防护门。10.操作期间，严禁在工作场所打闹。11.当某项工作需要两个或两个以上的人来完成时，就需要相互配合，有一个人对安全负责，开车前一定要打招呼，防止发生事故。12.操作结束后，要切断电源，清理工作台表面的铁屑和场地卫生。

　　重型立车配有数控刀架，不仅具有普通立式车床的工件外圆、内孔、端面的粗车、精车加工功能，还具有扩大锥面和任意圆弧面的功能，重型立车具有X轴(刀架水平移动)和Z轴(滑枕上下移动)两种坐标联动进给功能，良好的圆弧插补功能使重型立车成为适合各种回转支承滚道的数控产品。

　　重型立车的主传动机构和工作台导轨采用压力油润滑。工作台导轨副采用恒流静压导轨技术，导轨压力可根据工件重量提前调整。双列圆柱滚子轴承安装在主轴的上方和下方。内圈锥度可调节径向间隙，保证主轴高速高精度平稳运行，选用好的合金导板，大大提高工作台运行的可靠性，保证机床高速或低速、轻载或重载平稳工作5小时，精度不变。
